The Power Level here is made based on exploration from several sources and added to the channel's personal opinion. Examples such as Goku, in Emperor Pilaf Saga, many who wrote his power level '10', but we '20', because in the early episodes Goku himself did not exert too much strength.
Power Levels here are also made based on the level of the original power of the owner, not coupled with techniques (such as Kamehameha), equipment (such as Pilaf's Machine), or weapons (such as Chichi's Laser Beam).
